1. Where do you ship?

We currently offer free shipping to most European countries. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us — we’ll be happy to check for you!

2. How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–12  business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

3. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please check the tracking info first. If it’s delayed or stuck, contact us at swiftzyshop@gmail.com and we’ll help you out right away.

4. What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.

5. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty but must do it before your order ships. If your desired item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

6. Can I return a product?

Yes! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14  days of delivery. Please make sure the item is unused and in original condition. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. 7. Are all of the products in my order sent together?

Products occasionally will be sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, since they are being sent from separate distribution centers.
