We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For the fastest way to get the item you want, return your current item and place a separate order for the new one after your return is processed.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. As with all returns, the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
